Responsibility

  • Develop, create, manage and analyze effective marketing strategies and plan
  • Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and data
  • Understand customers’ pain points and needs, initiate and execute user research regularly especially for the assigned products/features
  • Identify key factors to acquire and retain customers for the assigned products/features
  • Work with various teams (design, content, community-development, product & sales ) to implement strategies

Requirement

  • Passionate with data driven marketing and growth
  • Good communication skill & customer oriented
  • Great understanding of Indonesian consumer and B2B commerce market is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills & analytical skills
  • Fresh grad or final year students are welcome!
